Your order has been received and we are working on getting it shipped out as soon as possible. 

Our warehouse operates from 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and we priortise express orders each day. With the way that our system works, the 24 hours begins the day after you order is placed.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery speed you choose, and where you’re sending from, and where you’re sending to.

We use Aus Post for shipping from our Sydney location, and their delivery timeframes can be found here: Delivery speeds and coverage - Australia Post (auspost.com.au). You can choose from either standard or Express shipping, however, please keep in mind that Aus Post no longer guarantees next day delivery for Express services.
