How to measure your serving

To ensure you get the most out of your nutrition, we have updated our packaging to include clear serving instructions on the back of every pouch.

• Metric Measurements: We provide the exact weight in grams, alongside common metric spoon equivalents (teaspoons and tablespoons).

• A Note on Density: Because our natural ingredients vary in density, a tablespoon of one product may weigh slightly more or less than another. For the most precise results, we recommend using a kitchen scale.
