Once your referral has successfully placed a qualifying order using your unique link, your gift card is automatically generated and sent via email. This process can take up to 24 hours to complete.

We recommend checking your promotional or junk/spam folder, as automated emails can occasionally end up there.

If it has been longer than 24 hours since the qualifying order was placed and you still haven’t received your gift card, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
