We understand the frustration. We know it can be disappointing when you want to share True Protein with your partner or housemate, and the code doesn't work. We are here to explain why this happens.

The Technical Barrier (IP Addresses To maintain fairness and ensure the program is sustainable for the long term, our security system automatically flags and blocks referrals that come from the same internet connection (IP Address).

• Why? Since most households share a Wi-Fi connection, the system often interprets these as "Self-Referrals" (someone referring themselves), which are not permitted.

The Policy Because of these automated safeguards, referrals between members of the same household are unfortunately not eligible for the reward.

The Spirit of the Program The "Refer a Friend" program was designed to help us grow the True Tribe by introducing new people from outside our immediate circle. We encourage you to share your code with friends, colleagues, or gym buddies who live outside your home—it will work perfectly for them!
