To help maintain fairness and prevent misuse, our Referral Program includes restrictions that prevent referrals made from the same IP address — which often applies to people in the same household. This means that unfortunately, referrals within the same household are not eligible.

These safeguards were introduced after the program launched, following instances of misuse. While we recognise that this may not apply to your situation specifically, we hope this helps explain why these rules are now in place.
