What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected to arrive?Updated 17 days ago

If you are using the Australia Post App you will be notified via SMS of any delays associated with your order.

If your Australia Post delivery is late, first check tracking for updates (most delays resolve in 5 days), wait 10 business days past the expected date, then lodge an online inquiry with Aus Post or contact our team to do it for you, especially if it's been stuck or not scanned.

Step-by-step guide for late deliveries
  1. Check Tracking & Wait:
    • Most delayed parcels arrive within 5 business days of the expected date.
    • Look for tracking updates; sometimes scans are just delayed.
  2. Wait 10 Business Days:
    • Australia Post will investigate if it's 10 business days past the expected delivery date.
  3. Contact our customer experience team:
    • We have a direct line to Australia Post through our business support portal and we can raise an inquiry with Aus Post for you.
    • We can offer refunds or replacements if the parcel is lost.
  4. Call for Urgent Issues:
    • You can call Australia Post on 13 POST (13 76 78) for direct support or if out of office hours, you can check the Disruptions and updates - Australia Post section of Australia Post website for any issues in your area.
