1. Are you on the same Wi-Fi? (The most common fix)If you send a referral link to a housemate, partner, or colleague while you are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network (home or office), our system detects the same "IP Address." It assumes you are referring yourself, which isn't allowed.

• The Quick Fix: Ask your friend to disconnect from Wi-Fi and use their mobile data (4G/5G) on their phone to claim the code. This usually resolves the error instantly.

2. Are they a New Customer? The Referral Program is designed strictly to welcome new recruits to the True Tribe.

• Eligibility: Your friend must be a first-time customer.

• The Error: If they have shopped with us before (even using a different email address), the system will recognize them and the discount code will fail at checkout.

3. Household Policy Please note that our program is designed to be shared with friends outside of your immediate household.
