How do I measure my protein powder effectively?Updated 13 days ago

Our packaging has been updated to reflect our decision and clearly states exact weight (grams) and international metric measurements (tsp & tbsp), as does our website. We chose to express our serving sizes in this format in order to make them universally accessible.

Please note that tablespoon measurements may vary slightly between products because the density of each powder is different (for example, our Plant Protein is a heavier/denser powder than our WPI 90). This means that a tablespoon may hold slightly different amounts depending on the powder. To ensure you're scooping the correct amount, refer to the product label for the correct serving size.

For a consistent measure, use a loose, level scoop (don't pack it tight against the side of the bag).

Our measurements are determined using lab-grade analytical scales during product testing and development to ensure precision and consistency. Kitchen scales can vary in sensitivity, so if you are using these and the weight seems slightly off, don’t worry — a small variation is completely normal. Rest assured, each serving has been carefully measured and tested for accuracy.
