How do I measure my protein powder effectively?Updated 6 days ago
For the most accurate results, we always recommend using metric measure baking spoons or our stainless steel scoops
Why? Powders can settle during transport or be "fluffy" depending on the blend.
The Method: Check the back of your packet for the serving size (e.g., 30g) and weigh that amount into your shaker. This guarantees you are hitting your macros exactly.
Using Scoops & Spoons If you don't have scales handy, you can absolutely use standard metric tablespoon.
Please Note: Scoops measure volume, not weight. Depending on how packed the powder is, a scoop might be slightly over or under the 30g mark.
The Tip: For a consistent measure, use a loose, level scoop (don't pack it tight against the side of the bag).
Our Testing Process Our Quality Team determines all serving sizes using high-precision industrial scales during production.
Kitchen Scale Variance: If your home scales show a slightly different number than the package suggests, don't panic! Home scales can vary in sensitivity. Rest assured, our batches are rigorously tested to ensure the nutritional information on the label is correct.
