 We keep it simple: refunds are always reversed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Scenario 1: You paid fully with a Gift Card If you used a True Protein Gift Card for the entire purchase, the refund amount will be credited back to that same Gift Card code (or issued as a new Store Credit).

• Action: Check your email for the credit notification.

Scenario 2: Split Payments (Gift Card + Credit/Debit Card) If you paid for your order using a combination of a Gift Card and your personal bank card, the refund is split to match exactly what you paid.

• The Cash Portion: The amount you paid via Visa/Mastercard/Amex will be refunded directly back to that card.

• The Gift Card Portion: The remaining balance will be credited back to your Gift Card or Store Credit balance.

Example:

• If you bought a $100 item using a $20 Gift Card and $80 on your Visa...

• We will refund $80 to your Visa and $20 to your Gift Card.
