Are your products low FODMAP?Updated a day ago

 

True Protein offers a good range of low FODMAP options:

Plant Protein is a triple blend of Australian yellow pea, Australian faba bean, and organic pumpkin seed proteins, all of which are considered low FODMAP in moderate serves. While pumpkin seed protein and faba bean protein have not been specifically tested for FODMAPs, pumpkin seeds are low FODMAP and both proteins themselves do not contain FODMAPs. Additionally, our product contains a probiotic and enzyme blend for enhanced absorption and digestion, and these ingredients are not known to contain FODMAPs.

WPI90 may also be an option due to its very low lactose content. However, the decision to include WPI90 during the restrictive phase of the low FODMAP diet is best discussed with your dietitian.
