Are your products exposed to Bovaer or Rumin8?Updated 7 days ago
We know that for our community, what isn't in our products is just as important as what is. We’ve received questions regarding the use of Bovaer—a feed additive used to reduce methane emissions in livestock—and we want to be completely transparent about our sourcing."
Our Whey Protein (Sourced from New Zealand)
Bovaer Status: Bovaer has not been approved for general use in New Zealand.
We can confirm that none of our New Zealand-sourced products contain milk from cows treated with Bovaer. While Australia is one of the many countries where it has regulatory approval, Dairy Australia has confirmed there are currently no known instances of its use on Australian dairy farms.
Our Collagen (Sourced from Argentina)
The True Standard: While Bovaer has received regulatory approval in various regions including the US and Australia, we can confirm it is not used by the farmers supplying our operations in Argentina. We prioritize high standards across our entire global supply chain to ensure your collagen remains clean and high-quality.
We are dedicated to finding innovative ways to manage our climate impact. However, any technology we adopt must meet three strict criteria:
Animal Wellbeing: It must not compromise the health or comfort of the livestock.
Milk Quality: It must maintain the nutritional integrity and purity of the dairy.
Pasture-Fed Practicality: It must be scalable for the traditional pasture-based farming we value.
We will always be guided by science and transparency to provide you with safe, sustainable, and clean nutrition.
