Why is my discount code is not working?Updated a month ago

If your code isn't applying, please check the following:

  • One code per order: Our system only allows for one discount code to be used per transaction.

  • Expiry Date: Ensure the code is still within its valid timeframe.

  • Minimum Spend: Some codes require a minimum order value to be activated.

  • Specific Products: Check if the code is only valid for certain products (e.g., some codes exclude bundles, samples, or already discounted items).

  • Typos: Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code.
