We want you to love your True Protein experience. If something isn't right, we are here to fix it.

1. Supplements We stand behind the quality and taste of our products.

  •  If you try a product and don't like the taste or texture, or have an adverse reaction, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

  • Simply contact our Customer Experience team. You will need to return the product to us (at your cost) within 14 days. Once we receive it, we can arrange a refund or a swap for a flavour you might love more.

  • Faulty Items: If your tub arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you (including shipping).

2. Apparel & Accessories We want you to look as good as you feel.

  • The Timeframe: You have 14 days for a full refund, or 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

  • The Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. (Please be careful of deodorant or makeup marks when trying them on!).

  • The Swap: We offer one free return label per order for exchanges, making it easy to find your perfect size.
