  • The Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned bag or tub must contain at least 75% of the product or if you have used more than 7-8 scoops its likely below the limit for returning. 

  • Why do we ask this? This ensures we have enough product left to pass on to our Quality Control team for assessment and integrity testing.

  • Please Note: Unfortunately, products that are nearly empty or have been significantly consumed will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

  2. We will advise how to send it back: You will need to post the product back to our Sydney warehouse.

    • Note: Return shipping costs for "Change of Mind" claims are covered by the customer.

  3. Refund: Once we receive the item and verify the return conditions, we will process your refund immediately.
