What if an item is missing from my order?Updated 8 days ago

If you’ve unpacked your box and noticed a specific item is missing, we know how frustrating that can be when you're ready to start your new routine. There are usually two reasons this happens, and we’re here to help you solve both.

1. It’s in a second box (Split Shipment) Depending on the size and weight of your order, we sometimes pack items in separate parcels to keep them safe from damage.

  • The Fix: Check your shipping confirmation email. If you see multiple tracking numbers, the rest of your order is still on its way!

2. A packing slip-up occurred While our warehouse team prides itself on precision, occasionally an item might be missed during the packing process. If your tracking shows that all parcels have arrived, but you are definitely short an item:

  • The Fix: Reach out to our Customer Experience team immediately with your order number and the name of the missing product.

  • Our Promise: We’ll jump on this right away. Once we verify the records, we will fast-track a replacement of the missing item to you at no extra cost.
