To enter, place an order containing True Protein Sleep through trueprotein.com.au during the promotional period. Entry is automatic, with one entry per qualifying order regardless of quantity purchased. There’s no limit on separate qualifying orders.

This runs from 12:00am AEST Wednesday 9 September 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 15 September 2026. The draw takes place at 12:00pm on Wednesday 16 September 2026, and the winner will be contacted by 5:00pm AEST Friday 18 September 2026.

Australian residents aged 18 or over are eligible, excluding True Protein employees and their immediate families, partners, ambassadors and wholesalers. Cancelled, refunded or failed-payment orders aren’t eligible.

Promotional period

The promotion runs from 12:00:00am AEST Wednesday 9 September 2026 to 11:59:59pm AEST Tuesday 15 September 2026. Orders placed outside this period aren’t eligible.

Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of True Protein and their immediate families, partners, ambassadors and wholesalers aren’t eligible.

How to enter

Place an order containing True Protein Sleep through trueprotein.com.au during the promotional period. Entry is automatic. Each qualifying order counts as one entry, regardless of the quantity purchased. There’s no limit on separate qualifying orders.

Entries attached to orders that are cancelled, refunded or fail payment before the draw will be withdrawn.

Draw and winner notification

The winner will be drawn at random at 12:00pm on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at Brookvale NSW 2100. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

True Protein’s Customer Experience Team will contact the winner by 5:00pm AEST Friday 18 September 2026 using the email or phone number supplied with the qualifying order. If the winner doesn’t respond within 14 days of first contact, we may redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to any direction from the relevant state or territory authority.

Prize conditions

The prize isn’t redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable. The Carlotta & Gee voucher is subject to Carlotta & Gee’s own terms, including its 12-month validity period. It’s valid for available, in-stock products, excluding pre-orders and personalized embroidery.

Privacy and general conditions

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and used to run the promotion and contact the winner. The winner’s first name and state may be published on our website or social channels.
