I received my order, but it was missing the promotional item that I thought I was receiving.Updated 7 days ago

We are so sorry if your promotional gift didn't make it into your box! We know how much of a treat those extras are, and we’d love to help you figure out what happened.

During a promotion, our system often uses a pop-up or a prompt at checkout to add the gift to your cart. Occasionally, if this prompt is accidentally dismissed or closed during the checkout process, the gift may not be successfully attached to the final order.

A quick way to check: Have a look at your order confirmation email. If the gift isn't listed there as a line item, it likely wasn't captured during the checkout process.
