To be eligible for a refund on a Sample Pack:

• What you return: You must return a minimum of 7 unopened sachets (out of the original 10).

• What this means: You can essentially taste-test up to 3 sachets risk-free. If you haven't fallen in love by the third shake, send the rest back to us!

• Timeline: The return claim must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
