For the most control over your delivery, we highly recommend the Australia Post App.
Why use it? It gives you real-time updates, accurate delivery windows, and even lets you redirect parcels if you aren't home.
How to do it: simply download the app and log in using the same email address you used at checkout. Your order will automatically appear there. AusPost app - Australia Post

Inside, you will find a direct tracking link.
Clicking this will take you straight to the carrier's tracking page for the latest status.
A Note on Timing (The "24-Hour Rule") Sometimes, technology needs a moment to catch up. If you receive your tracking number and it shows "Invalid" or "Pending," don't worry!
It can take up to 24 hours for the parcel to be physically scanned into the Australia Post network after it leaves our warehouse.
Please check back the following morning, and the status should be updated.
