For the most control over your delivery, we highly recommend the Australia Post App.

  • Why use it? It gives you real-time updates, accurate delivery windows, and even lets you redirect parcels if you aren't home. 

  • How to do it: simply download the app and log in using the same email address you used at checkout. Your order will automatically appear there. AusPost app - Australia Post

  • Inside, you will find a direct tracking link.

  • Clicking this will take you straight to the carrier's tracking page for the latest status.

A Note on Timing (The "24-Hour Rule") Sometimes, technology needs a moment to catch up. If you receive your tracking number and it shows "Invalid" or "Pending," don't worry!

  • It can take up to 24 hours for the parcel to be physically scanned into the Australia Post network after it leaves our warehouse.

  • Please check back the following morning, and the status should be updated.
