We want you to love your True Protein experience. If something isn't right, we are here to fix it.
1. Supplements We stand behind the quality and taste of our products.
The Promise: If you try a product and don't like the taste or texture, or have an adverse reaction, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.
The Process: Simply contact our Customer Experience team. You will need to return the product to us (at your cost) within 14 days. Once we receive it, we can arrange a refund or a swap for a flavour you might love more.
Faulty Items: If your tub arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you (including shipping).
2. Apparel & Accessories We want you to look as good as you feel.
The Timeframe: You have 14 days for a full refund, or 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
The Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. (Please be careful of deodorant or makeup marks when trying them on!).
The Swap: We offer one free return label per order for exchanges, making it easy to find your perfect size.
