Can I exchange an apparel item I got as a promo?Updated 7 days ago

We love treating our community to the much-coveted True Merch in some of our promos. 

 Because we want you to be able to rock your new hoodie or tee immediately, we strongly recommend taking a moment to check our Size Chart before locking in your choice at checkout.

Our Policy:  To ensure we can share the love with as many customers as possible, we are unable to offer exchanges, swaps, or returns on apparel items received as part of a promotional offer.

Why is this?

• Limited Stock: Promotional runs are often limited editions or set quantities. We simply may not have the alternative size available to swap.

• The Agreement: As detailed on the Shipping & Returns tab of the product page, accepting the promotional item confirms your selection is final.

Our Advice If you are between sizes or unsure, it’s always safer to size up for a comfier fit, or double-check your measurements against the guide provided on the page.
