We’ve all had those 'oops' moments right after hitting checkout. Because our warehouse team works fast to get your order moving, we have two ways to help you manage your order:

1. The 30-Minute Self-Service Window (Fastest) Immediately after you checkout and on your Order Confirmation page, you’ll see an 'Edit Order' option. You have a 30-minute window to use this app to adjust your items, update your details, or cancel the order yourself—no need to wait for a reply from our team.

2. After the 30-Minute Window If more than 30 minutes have passed, our warehouse has likely already begun preparing your package. If you’ve had a change of heart after this time, please reach out to us urgently via Live Chat or call us on 1300 536 688.

While we’ll try our absolute best to catch it before it’s dispatched, once an order is on the truck, we won't be able to stop it. In those cases, we can help you with a return once it arrives.
