Can I amend or edit my order?Updated 8 days ago

We know that sometimes the best ideas—or the realization that you’ve used an old address—happen just moments after you hit 'order.' To help you stay in control, we’ve added a 30-minute self-service window to every purchase.

How to make a change: Immediately after checking out, look for the countdown timer on your Order Confirmation page and your Order Status page. As long as that timer is ticking, you can:

  • Add 'Just One More Thing': Forgot your shaker or a specific flavor? Add it to your existing shipment without a second shipping fee.

  • Update Shipping Details: Realized you sent your package to the office instead of home? Fix your address instantly.

  • Change Delivery Methods: Decide you need it sooner? Upgrade your shipping on the fly.

To keep our warehouse flowing smoothly, this tool is specifically designed for additions and updates. It cannot be used to remove items, swap products, or apply missed discount codes.
