Our "Perfect Fit" Promise We want you to feel as good as you look in True Protein gear. If the size isn't quite right or the style doesn't suit you, we’ve made the returns process simple and seamless.

Your Options 

  • For a Refund: You have 14 days from delivery to request a full refund.

  • For an Exchange or Store Credit: You have 30 days from delivery to swap your size or grab a gift card.

(Condition of Return) We are happy to take back items that just didn't work out, provided they are in original, resalable condition with tags attached.

  •  When trying on your new gear, please be mindful of makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or pet fur.

  • We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or marked. If an item arrives back to us in a condition where we can't resell it, we will unfortunately have to ship it back to you.

 Finding the right fit can be tricky, so we want to help.

  • First Swap is on Us: We offer one free return shipping label per order for exchanges.

  • How to start: Head to our Contact Us | True Protein page, select "Apparel Returns/Exchanges", and our team will send you the label and instructions.

A Note on Stock Availability Our apparel is popular and sizes move fast!

  • If we have it: We will swap it straight away.

  • If it's sold out: We will issue you a Store Credit immediately so you can grab something else you love.
